If the freight company damages your product when you receive it and you notice it, please refuse delivery and notify us along with the description and pictures of the damage. If you notice the damage after you receive it, you have 2 business days to notify us with the description and pictures of the damage. We will take appropriate decision with the courier or cargo company who are responsible for the damage. Transit damage can only be claimed if the packing are tired or opened before delivery. Please always check the package before receiving your rugs.
If there is any manufacturing fault in your rugs which only includes: wrong design, wrong colors, stains, wrong size, wrong shape, wrong thickness, wrong materials then we are responsible to replace your rug on receiving back of the defected rug on fright prepaid basis. You are responsible to pay for a fright charge when shipping it back. You have 2 business days to notify us with the description and pictures of the dissatisfaction.
We will re manufacture or repair your rug in reasonable time.
The situations where do not apply return policy:
There are some natural variation in sizing and color in all hand made rugs.
Size can vary by 3% from the dimensions ordered.
Every effort is made to ensure there is minimal color variation however some can be expected. (5% is the Standard for Carpet Color Variation)
Shedding: All woolen rugs shed little bit when it is new (maybe weeks) which is completely normal.
